Boost Your Confidence

Cosmetic Dentistry can restore your smile and boost your confidence. Long time problems such as broken, discolored or crooked teeth can often be repaired in only one visit.

Porcelain Veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their color, shape, size or length and resulting in an improved smile.

Composite “white” fillings are used to restore teeth that have small cavities. They are called “white” fillings because of the natural, tooth color of the material. Unlike inlays and onlays that are crafted in an outside lab, composite fillings can be made on-site and completed in only one office visit.

A composite “white” filling is used when the cavity is small and the patient desires a natural-looking restoration. The area is numbed, then the tooth is prepared for restoration by removing any decay. The composite is then applied and the cavity filled in. After the composite has been cured, it will be smoothed and shaped for fit and comfort.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation involves restoring the teeth, bite, and muscles back to a natural looking and youthful-feeling condition. With full mouth rehabilitation, we can utilize a combination of cosmetic dentistry techniques, (including porcelain veneers), crowns, bridges, dentures and teeth whitening. Using computerized technology and an artistic eye, full mouth rehabilitation may be the answer to many problems, such as heat sensitive teeth, sore jaw muscles, and recurring headaches.

During full mouth rehabilitation, each tooth is restructured to achieve ideal bite. Early in the process we must determine, where your jaw muscles, joints and bite are most comfortable. During the first visit, we use computer diagnostics to determine where your jaw muscles are the most comfortable. This allows us to make a full mouth rehabilitation that will match the optimal position of your jaw. At your next visit, we will remove old dental work and prepare each tooth for the new restorations. Impressions will be sent to the lab, and you will be fitted with temporary restorations. During your final visit, the final restorations are placed, and you walk out of our office with an attractive, functional, and comfortable new smile.

New Smile Design is a highly technical process requiring great skill and experience to achieve a natural result. It is not taught at all or only touched upon in dental school – dentists must learn the techniques in post-graduate courses and then perfect the art through extensive experience. For this reason, most dentists do not focus on this discipline.

It takes artistic ability and extensive knowledge to perform an impeccable Smile Design. Techniques require precise measurements based upon mouth shape, gum lines, lips, and natural shape of the teeth. That’s why we devote time to precisely planning a Smile Design before we begin the actual procedure.

Extensive Smile Design treatments may require as few as two appointments that are typically several hours each depending on the complexity.
